Delete your Zidi account

Zidi is published by bgato. You can delete your account and its data at any time. This cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Zidi and go to the You tab.
Choose Delete account, at the bottom.
Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.
Confirm once more.

If you can’t open the app

Write to zidi@bgato.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will reply to that address to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account within one month.

What is deleted

Deleting removes your account from the live database right away, along with everything linked to it:

your email address, profile and sign-in details;
your challenges, actions, opportunities, income, payments, income sources and rituals, including their correction history;
groups you own;
your push tokens, notification preferences, reminder history and sessions.

What may remain

Database backups can hold deleted data until they expire. Emails you sent to support stay in our mailbox. Backups expire within 6 months and server logs within 2 months. You can ask us to delete your emails to support. We keep no financial record after deletion.
