Write to zidi@bgato.com from the address on your account if you can. Tell us what you did, what you expected and your device. Never send your password.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose to reset your password and enter your email address. Open the link we send and choose a new password.

My email hasn’t arrived

Check your spam folder. Zidi’s account emails come from zidi@bgato.com. You can ask for a new verification email from the sign-in screen.

I have an invite link

Open it on your phone. If Zidi is installed, the invite opens in the app. If it isn’t, the page offers the app and a code you can paste on the Group tab after you install it.

I want to delete my account

Write to zidi@bgato.com and tell us the affected part of the app, the impact and how to reproduce it. Please don’t access data that isn’t yours.
