Terms of use
The service
Zidi is an app for planning and recording a revenue challenge, run by bgato. The legal entity operating it is Bagadi ALNOUR, 25 Rue du Capitaine Ferber, 59000 Lille, France. By creating an account you accept these terms.
What Zidi is not
Zidi is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not an accounting system. It does not guarantee any income. Targets are targets. The numbers it shows come from what you enter, so they are only as accurate as your entries.
Your account
Keep your password safe and your email address current; we use it for verification and password resets. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Zidi.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service, as described in the privacy notice. In a group, other members can see your progress as a percentage, your display details and the group leaderboard. Amounts stay private.
Fair use
Do not break the law with Zidi, try to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, or abuse invite links or group features. Abusive or objectionable content is not tolerated; reports go to zidi@bgato.com, and offending content and users are removed.
Availability
Zidi is still being developed. Features can change, and the service can be interrupted. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Zidi has no paid features today. If that changes, we will say so in the app first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability and law
Zidi is provided as it is. You decide what to do with what it shows, and we are not liable for those decisions or for income you did or did not earn. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything else the law does not let us limit, and nothing removes your rights under mandatory consumer law. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can go to its courts. Otherwise, the courts of Lille, France, have jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and its date. We will also tell you by email before the changes take effect.
